The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Metropolitan Borough of Trafford) Order 2000

This Order designates the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford, excluding certain lengths of roads which are identified in Article 3 of the Order, as both a permitted parking area and a special parking area in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991. It also applies with modifications various provisions of Part II of that Act to the designated area and modifies the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 in relation to the designated area.
